During my first semester, academic pressure increased even more because of frequent quizzes, regular assignments, and the constant need to stay prepared. It often felt as if there was no proper break between one task and the next. As soon as I completed one assignment, another quiz or deadline would appear. Since I was already struggling to understand many concepts, this workload became mentally exhausting. There were many days when I felt tired, stressed, and unable to manage everything in the way I wanted. The pressure was not only about completing tasks, but also about understanding subjects well enough to perform in them. This combination made university life feel intense and demanding. However, this difficult phase taught me one of the most important lessons of my academic journey: time management is essential. Without planning, it becomes very hard to balance study, assignments, preparation for quizzes, and personal routine. Slowly, I started learning how to prioritize tasks, organize my time, and use my energy more carefully. Although quizzes and assignments were a source of stress, they also helped me become more disciplined and responsible. In the long run, this phase improved not just my academic habits, but also my ability to handle pressure with a more practical mindset.
