In the second semester, I entered with much more confidence than before. After surviving the challenges of the first semester, I had started believing that I could understand my subjects better and manage my academic routine with more control. For a short time, things seemed to be moving in a positive direction. However, after about a month, universities were closed because of external issues such as fuel crisis and conflict. This sudden break lasted around one and a half months and disturbed the rhythm I had built for myself. Online classes were not very effective for me because internet issues, lack of focus, and reduced motivation made it difficult to stay fully engaged. During the same period, Ramadan also started, which created an additional challenge in balancing studies, energy levels, Sehri, and Iftar timings. Maintaining a stable routine became difficult, and it sometimes felt like the semester was slipping out of structure again. Even then, I tried to remain connected with my studies and not lose all momentum. This period taught me that academic success is not only about intelligence or effort. It also depends on how well we adapt when external circumstances interrupt our plans and force us to stay disciplined in an unstable situation.
